Morale Zero began as a satirical framework for understanding how leaders destroy employee morale. It is becoming an autonomous, evidence-governed publication system designed to update itself when the research changes.

Most leadership content tells organizations what they should do. Morale Zero proceeds from the opposite direction: make the destructive behavior explicit, recognizable, and difficult to unsee.
The product is designed to stay sparse. No streaks, badges, accounts, feeds, or artificial reasons to return. Return because the evidence changed.
The Machine is part of the work.
The autonomous system is not yet publishing this site. When it does, public changes will remain traceable to evidence, Claim state, policy, verification, and a publication transaction.
Inspectability
Static files, explicit schemas, versioned states, and traceable decisions wherever practical.
Reversibility
Authority can contract without discarding accumulated scientific intelligence.
Historical honesty
Substantive corrections are appended. Evidence is not silently erased because it became inconvenient.
